Calling all dirt lovers!! Join your neighbors and help create a pollinator area here at the New City Library. Over the next few weeks, we hope to start a garden where native pollinators can come to visit (mostly) native plants.

No need to register for this meeting, just come and find out what volunteer opportunities are available for this month.  There will be sign up sheets for each event.  This meeting counts as an hour of community service.

A one day workshop for baby-sitters.  Instruction includes safety, child development and care, first aid, and life and business skills.  We will have snack breaks.

For beginners and more advanced.  Beginners will learn a few simple stitches, and more advanced teens will learn how to transfer patterns onto various items and how to complete projects.
