A meeting of the Genealogical Society of Rockland County, non-members are always welcome to attend! This month, we'll be watching a pre-recorded session from the National Archives and Records Administration on the the catastrophic fire at the National Personnel Records Center in 1973 which destroyed millions of military personnel records and presents a variety of challenges for genealogy researchers.
