Therapist, educator and life coach Diane Lang discusses reactions to those inevitable situations we all face in life. During this interactive workshop, she will also share strategies for effectively dealing with change and loss.

Preschoolers (and their caregivers) ages 3-6 are invited to drop in for some crafts and a story time.  No registration is required, so stop on by if you can.
