Join us for singing, dancing and bubbles! This drop-in program is for adults with babies through young children, limited to one adult per child. Grown-ups can bring all the children in their care. Just come into the children's library with your New City/West Nyack library card and pick up a ticket for that day's session. First come, first served, so please come early as space is limited. Tickets will start to be given out 30 minutes before the program starts.
