You can pick up a copy of Uglies by Scott Westerfeld  starting July 28 at the Circulation Counter.  On your 16th birthday, you are taken away and turned into a stunningly beautiful teen who will spend their time having fun and attending parties.  What could go wrong in this kind of a world?  Read this and discover that utopia isn't all it appears.
