Event Details

Make a set of snowflakes to decorate your house for the coming winter.  Registered participants can pick up materials before the program.  Your kit will include quilling paper, patterns, instruction sheet, plastic and a quilling tool ( if needed).

You will need white glue, a ruler, scissors, tooth picks and possibly tweezers.
