Event Details

On February 18, 2021, NASA landed its newest roving science laboratory, Perseverance, on the surface of Mars. This is the latest step in NASA’s endeavor to explore our planetary neighbor and search for possible signs of past microbial life. Perseverance is carrying a drone helicopter, named Ingenuity, which will be used as a scout for planning the path forward for its host. This presentation will focus on this latest adventure to understand our planetary neighbor.
