Event Details
A small, exclusive literary club began at Oxford in the early 1930s. It was a jovial group of writers, who met to share their work. While many of its members remained relatively unknown, it included two literary titans of the 20th century: C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. Veronica Reynolds will discuss the history of the group and many of its members as well as it's impact on literature today.
