We’ll explore this historic site, a fort where American Revolutionary War troops were attacked on October 6, 1777 by the British Army which resulted in the loss of this important fort as well as Fort Clinton. Ft. Montgomery staff will tour the fort with us, then we’ll explore the nearby Popolopen Creek with trail guide Peter Reiner.
