As the holiday season approaches, we’ll be seeing a lot more of friends and family, and many of them have important stories to tell that can add to your genealogy project. We’ll watch a pre-recorded video presentation by oral historian Sean Rost on performing oral histories. Get the basics from what to ask to how to record, to how to preserve your oral history interviews. Presented by the Genealogical Society of Rockland County and the New City Library. Brief Genelogical Society business will take place prior to the program. Non-members always welcome to attend!
