African-American Genealogical Resources in the Nyack Library, Emphasizing Carl Nordstrom’s Contributions

Longtime GSRC member Carol Weiss will be in the Local History Room at the Nyack Library From 6:00 to 6:45 PM to allow members and guests to get an overview of the Room. The GSRC meeting will begin at 7. The presentation will be only 15 to 20 minutes. After that, we will move to the LHR to look at the specific files and items that Carol will mention in the talk. Note that Nyack’s Local History collection includes both Nyack and Rockland County components.

The parking lot (metered until 7 PM) is on Hudson Street. Free parking can be found on Hudson, Piermont Avenue, and lower DePew Avenue.
