“The Second Hands” - a Long Island based modern folk duo, comprised of husband-wife team Laura Hock and Geoff Schroeder take a look back at prolific and influential singer-songwriters over the past 100+ years. From anonymous songwriters at the turn of the century, to contemporary writers and performers, this inspired program includes: early blues songwriters with a cause protest songs Greenwich Village in the 60's California in the 70's pop/rock songwriters of the 80's, 90's and 2000's.  Laura and Geoff wrap up the program with a couple of self-penned original songs.
